个人简介:
阚欢,女,教授,博士生导师,云南省食品科学与工程专业教学指导委员会委员、云南省科技厅评审专家。于西南林业大学生物与食品工程学院从事教学科研工作。主要从事农林食品开发利用、特种木本油料资源利用、坚果类食品及其副产物的开发利用、农林废弃物资源高值化利用、功能性森林食品加工等方面研究,主持及参与国家科技部重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、云南省重大科技专项(农业)计划、云南省基础研究项目、云南省农业基础研究联合专项、横向项目等30余项;先后在“JournalofAgriculturalandFoodChemistry”、“FoodChemistry”、“InternationalJournalofBiologicalMacromolecules”、“LWT-FoodScienceandTechnology”、“食品科学”、“中国油脂”等期刊以第一作者或通讯作者发表文章60余篇,授权发明专利5件。
