个人简介:

刘云,男,博士,教授,博士生导师,云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才、中国经济林协会第五届理事会理事、《食品工业科技》和《西南林业大学学报·自然科学》青年编委会委员。于西南林业大学生物与食品工程学院从事教学科研工作,现任食品科学与工程系主任。主要从事农林食品功能化加工技术、天然产物活性评价、坚果类食品及其副产物开发利用、特色木本油料资源利用等方面的研究,主持及参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、云南省重大科技专项(农业)计划、云南省基础研究项目等30余项;先后在Food Research InternationalFood ControlCurrent Research in Food Science、“Industrial Crops & Products”、“LWT”、“食品科学”、“食品与发酵工业”等期刊以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文60余篇,出版学术专著2部,授权发明专利6件、实用新型专利5件、软件著作权2件,转化发明专利1件。
