个人简介：

  王振兴，男，1984年出生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，入选云南省“兴滇英才支持计划 ”青年人才，现为Journal of Future Foods期刊编委、Food & Medicine Homology期刊青年编委。2009-2011年于广西农业科学院，农产品加工研究所工作，2012年至今，于西南林业大学工作。主要研究方向为森林药食资源的贮藏、加工及其健康效应评估，近年来主持省级项目9项，以第一或通讯作者在Food chemistry、Food Research International、Food Science and Human Wellness、Frontiers in Nutrition、Foods、Food Quality and Safety、Journal of Food Biochemistry、食品科学、中国食品学报、农业工程学报、食品与发酵工业、南方农业学报、现代食品科技、食品与机械、食品安全质量检测学报等国内外期刊发表论文十余篇，现为Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Bioscience、Food Science and Human Wellness、Plant Foods for Human Nutrition、Current Research in Food Science、Frontiers in Nutrition、Frontiers in Immunology、Foods、Nutrients、Microorganisms、Applied Sciences、International Journal of Peptide Research and Therapeutics、Journal of Food Quality、食品与发酵工业、南方农业学报、食品与机械等学术期刊审稿人。以第一指导老师指导第九届全国大学生生命科学竞赛（科学探究类），获国赛一等奖（2024年），第五届云南省“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛，获云南省金奖（2019年）
